I would venture to say your fraternity life was short and you are disparately trying to relive your college life. Furthermore, if you're going to generalize like this, then include all panhellenic sororities, not just the largest national groups. Because honestly, sororities aren't like what you see in the movies. I can agree it has to be an objective sort, of survey that produces such varied results, but as there many kinds of, people, there must be many kinds of "groups" to belong to. I'll take a go at it. Okay so here are the real sorority rankings at UT Austin IMO Upper Top Tier: Theta, Pi Phi, Kappa (aka PKT) Theta: IMO best pledge class. I'm worried about my chapter. It was one of the first sororities founded. But some of these sound really fun! Let the poor girls rush for Christ's sake and stop trying to put ideas into their heads about which are the best, the worst, the richest, the sluttiest, and the craziest sororities. I would love to see all the sororities listed and updated. Very pretty, very smart, very snobbish. I dont know much about the rest. They are often forgotten. The university also received national recognition for Latino student success. Some sororities are more social than others, hosting parties and events while others are more low-key. Some sororities are known for being very involved in campus life, which could be a good fit for a girl who enjoys group and club activities.

AXO girls are generally not considered terribly hot or popular, but they are respected for being classy and involved in campus life. Pi Phi/ Theta and Kappa Kappa Gamma. Would put dg on the same level as kd. ADPi Pi Beta Phi girls (Pi Phis) are considered by most to be top-tier but also have a reputation as fake and superficial. Both have very attractive and fun girls. What about AGD, AOII and Gamma Phi? Each campus is different. Girls usually aren't big on greek life. I have always been anti-sorority and wouldn't have been caught dead joining one myself--but I have changed my mind. The Kappa chapter was shut down for drugs and hazing at Rollins and OSU, and dancing topless at SMU on bid day? My fear is that rather than focusing on things you can control (conversation skills, brushing up your resume, getting recs in order, rush wardrobe, grooming) you are looking for something that quite frankly, you are going to have very little control over at all.

Girls are as classy as they want to be, the letters on their chest does not effect that. They have a reputation for accepting those who were rejected by top-tier sororities and that they are a backup option for many. I hear of strife in the sisterhood between the goody two shoes and wild partiers especially with cocaine. Zeta Tau Alpha tends to be far more popular in the South than elsewhere in the country. Fortunately, you correctly pointed out these are generalization because from campus to campus there are important differences and from region to region. The sorority has now grown to include 155 active chapters in the U.S. and Canada. They are running with PKT girls and are wilder than Pi phi or Kappaat least the non-Bible beater part of the chapter. Sorority recruitment at UT is EXTREMELY competitive. Gamma Phi Beta - mid tier (like to party; not classy; not service oriented) - If you want a party and socialize, then join this sorority. My mother and daughter are members of Pi Beta Phi. BECAUSE HE IS A MAN! They are not regarded as nicebut not outright nasty either. I feel like the elephant in the room is ADPi.
